Brian Clark


Brian is a licensed attorney in the state of California and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Minnesota School Of Law.

He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a finance emphasis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.

In addition to his California based law firm – Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC – Brian has been in the real estate finance business for the past 15 years; and currently owns a California based residential and commercial real estate and mortgage company – Attorneys Funding Group, Inc.

Over the course of his career he has overseen thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Harman Randhawa


Harman Randhawa is a real estate attorney and partner of Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC.

He brings both a broad knowledge base and a depth of experience in real estate law and real estate transactions – both residential and commercial.

Being involved in real estate law from a transaction and litigation standpoint, Harman has experience with partition suits, title disputes, For-Sale-By-Owner transactions, Estate Planning, Notes, and Deeds of Trust.

As such, working with title and escrow companies on a regular basis has enabled him to successfully close several complex transactions.

Ruby Bitzer


Ruby Bitzer is a McGeorge School of Law graduate and specializes in Business and Real Estate at Attorneys Real Estate Group.

With a decade of experience in law firms, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to serve her clients in both transactional and litigation matters.

Ruby currently serves as General Counsel for several businesses and has experience in business formations and disputes, as well as Real Estate Disputes such as Partitions, Title disputes, Post-Judgment divorce property complications and much more.

Ronald Roundy

Senior Associate

Mr. Roundy spent eight years in the securities and financial industries as an investment analyst and accountant.

He worked for such diverse companies as private equity firms and hedge funds to private mortgage lenders and AM100 law firms.

In his financial career, he worked on large scale financial transactions and consulted on such diverse areas as Federal and California income taxation, transactional due diligence, commercial loans, Securities & Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and corporate reorganization.

This experience allows Mr. Roundy to provide his clients with counsel and representation based on a conversant understanding of corporate, real estate, and securities issues.

Gabrielle Cutler


My practice focuses on a variety of real estate litigation and transactional matters including landlord/tenant disputes, unlawful detainer, non-disclosure claims, HOA disputes, and partition actions.

I practiced business and commercial litigation and employment law. I also have experience in construction defect litigation, representing developers and general contractors throughout California.

I earned my J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, with a certificate of concentration in business law. During law school, I was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

I earned my B.A. in political science and a minor in music from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Vanessa Mosby


Vanessa Amador Mosby has been practicing Real Estate since 2003 and is both a licensed Broker and Attorney. She is currently employed at Attorneys Real Estate Group while continuing to help clients buy and sell property in the Sacramento, San Joaquin, Yolo, and Placer Counties. Vanessa stays current on industry changes while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.

Before Real Estate, Vanessa worked for various large corporations & Government agencies. Her area of focus included Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Accounting/Finance, Telecommunications Traffic, and Human Resources.

Some of the organizations she worked for are as follows: CA Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Federal Mine Safety & Health Review Commission, Fairfax County Department of Recreation & Community Services, Irridium LLC, Teleglobe Communications Corporation, and CGI-AMS.
